Absolutelystone® panels are a non–structural masonry cladding system
installed with nails, screws, staples or (and) adhesive. They are engineered to meet or exceed specifications
criteria as generally accepted in the manufacturing veneer stone industry.
Materials used in the manufacturing process:
- CAS cement. (ASTM C150).
- Permanent mineral oxides. (ASTM C 979).
- Lightweight aggregates. (ASTM C 330).
- Air entraining admixtures (ASTM C260-95).
- Alkali resistant fibers
- Water reducer
- Water (potable)
Physical properties:
- Shipping weight is approximately 4 to 5 lbs. per square foot.
- Compressive Strength: 5,600.psi.
- Flexural Strength: 750psi.
- Water Absorption: 3%
- Freeze Thaw: < 3% weigh loss. 1000 cycles
- Moisture absorption exceed UBC standard .
- Wind resistance 110 MPH. ASTM E330-02
- Shear bond: > 1000 psi.
- Fire Rating: ASTM E 84 Zero flame spread & zero smoke developed.
